 My name is Krista Adams. I am a Massage Therapist at Healthways Chiropractic in Mankato, MN. I graduated from Rasmussen College in 2007 with my Associates of Applied Science Degree in Massage Therapy. I currently specialize in swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, chair massage, trigger point therapy and hot stone massage. Aside from the modalities listed above, I also work with people who have neck and back problems, fibromyalgia and arthritis. I will soon be adding pregnancy massage to my practice.
